Founded in 1928 (Showa 3), the bar underwent renovations in 1935, transforming into its current form featuring a Japanese ash (Yachidamo) counter. The signboard showcases an adapted illustration from the original novel Arsène Lupin, the namesake of the establishment.As you descend the staircase leading into the bar, you are enveloped in an atmosphere steeped in history. The counter, tables, chairs, and relief carvings have remained unchanged since the bar’s founding, allowing patrons to experience a space where time seems to stand still.
