Operated by BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division—the company responsible for manufacturing and distributing Gunpla—this establishment carries approximately 2,000 varieties of model kits, from the original release in 1980 to the latest editions. "Painting Room" Where You Can Customize Your Gunpla That You Purchased

Beyond the shopping area, the Builders Zone features an operational "Painting Room"—a rental space (a fee is required) where visitors can paint Gunpla they've purchased. The room offers rental equipment that might be impractical for home use, such as airbrushes and compressors. Visitors can also receive guidance from staff members known as "Gunpla Meisters" and can take photos of their creations using impressive diorama setups.
